  I usually only leave reviews when I've had a superlative experience and working with Jim & Shelly Logan at Impact Realty is no exception. My husband and I are first time home buyers who have been searching for a house (on our own) for over a year. When we started working with Jim & Shelly, everything became so easy. They were (and still are) willing to answer any questions we had and go to whatever lengths necessary to make sure we were satisfied.
  
  We toured several homes, but when we found "the one," we immediately submitted an offer. This process went on for MONTHS. But even as frustrating as the process was (because of outside factors out of our control), I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Jim & Shelly because we knew they had our backs.
  
  Jim is ranked as one of the top realtors in the county. He has years of experience in mold remediation, roofing, architecture, you name it and he knows all about it. Not recruiting this dynamic duo for your home buying process would be a mistake.
