  Where to start? I always come through the drive through on my way home from work. There is usually something wrong. Whether it's the toppings on the sandwich I ordered or leaving bacon off my sandwich. Okay I can live with that. But today I got home to find out one of the sandwiches I ordered wasn't there. That was my last straw so I finally called in and told them the situation and they hung up on me the first time I called so my wife (who's a little more aggressive than me) called them back and let them have it. All I requested was a refund for my sandwich that was missing (which apparently they can't do) so now my wife has no sandwich tonight because of these unskilled idiots who want 15 dollars and hour to screw up my order. Never had an issue with the Wendy's near the college but the second st Wendy's is a dumpster fire. I've never left a bad review for any restaurant but enough is enough
