  Neglectful, terrible communication between office staff, didn't file Medicaid after providing info twice and then sent the bill to collections (damaging the credit of a new mother!) Billing messages will be ignored, medical questions will be put off so they don't have to see you in the office. They are over worked and understaffed and if they care about their patients, it doesn't show.
  The one star is for actually getting the vaccines in the baby. Oh, did I mention the hand written discharge instructions? I provided better service at a veterinary clinic!
